Welcome to ARTISVYN. This website is operated by ARTISVYN INC (“ARTISVYN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.artisvyn.com (the “Site”) and your purchases from our online store.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site or placing an order. Our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy contain additional information about shopping with us and form part of your relationship with ARTISVYN where applicable.

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using Our Store

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding purchase agreement under the laws applicable to you.

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete contact, billing, payment, and shipping information.

You may only use payment methods that you are legally authorized to use.

ARTISVYN offers vases, planters, decorative objects, handmade or artist-made goods, and other products described on the Site.

Please review each product listing carefully before purchasing, including the product description, dimensions, materials, intended use, care instructions, photographs, and any product-specific notices.

Handmade and Hand-Finished Products

Some ARTISVYN products are handmade, hand-finished, hand-painted, or produced in small batches.

As a result, slight variations may occur in characteristics such as:

• Shape

• Dimensions

• Glaze

• Color

• Pattern

• Texture

• Surface finish

• Brushwork

• Placement of handmade details

Reasonable variations of this kind may be part of the handmade character of the product and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

However, handmade variation does not include shipping damage, undisclosed structural defects, incorrect products, or substantial differences from the applicable product description.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have if a product is defective, damaged, unsafe, or materially different from its description.

Product Images

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately.

However, colors and visual appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, device displays, and the natural characteristics of handmade materials.

Flowers, books, furniture, styling accessories, and other objects shown in product photographs are not included with the product unless expressly stated in the product listing.

3. Product Use and Care

Please use products according to their product descriptions and care instructions.

Some vases or decorative vessels may be designed for dried flowers or decorative display only. Whether a product is suitable for holding water will be stated in the relevant product listing where applicable.

If suitability for water is important and the product listing does not make this clear, please contact us before purchasing.

Unless expressly described otherwise, decorative vases and vessels are not intended for:

• Food or beverage use.

• Cooking or heating.

• Microwave use.

• Oven use.

• Dishwasher cleaning.

Ceramic, porcelain, glass, and other fragile products should be placed on stable surfaces and handled with reasonable care.

Discontinue use if a product becomes cracked, broken, unstable, or otherwise unsafe.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to product availability, payment authorization, fraud screening, and our acceptance.

After you submit an order, you may receive an automated order acknowledgment or confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

Unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier, we generally accept your order when we send you a shipping confirmation.

We may cancel or decline an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary, including because of:

• Product unavailability.

• Material pricing or product-listing errors.

• Payment authorization problems.

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.

• Shipping restrictions.

• Legal or regulatory requirements.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled product and any applicable shipping charges associated with that canceled order.

We will not substitute a materially different product or charge you a higher price without your agreement.

5. Prices, Taxes, and Other Charges

Product prices and the applicable transaction currency will be displayed on the Site or during checkout.

Any shipping charges and taxes collected by ARTISVYN will be displayed before you complete your purchase where applicable.

Prices may change from time to time. Changes apply to future purchases and will not normally affect an order that we have already accepted.

If an obvious or material pricing error occurs, we may contact you before accepting the order to allow you to purchase at the correct price or cancel the affected order.

International Orders

Orders delivered internationally may be subject to customs procedures, import taxes, duties, brokerage charges, or other destination-country charges.

Whether these charges are included in the amount you pay to ARTISVYN or are payable separately will be explained in our Shipping Policy, at checkout, or in the relevant product information where applicable.

Customers are responsible for providing information reasonably required for customs clearance where applicable.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Available shipping destinations, processing or dispatch estimates, delivery estimates, shipping charges, shipping origins, and other shipping information are described in our Shipping Policy, at checkout, or in the applicable product listing.

Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise and may be affected by factors such as:

• Carrier operations.

• Customs processing.

• Weather.

• Remote delivery locations.

• Public holidays.

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

• Events outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the timeframe communicated to you.

If we become unable to dispatch your order within the applicable promised timeframe, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, consent-to-delay option, or refund required by applicable law.

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

If you discover an address error, contact us as soon as possible at info@artisvyn.com. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment or has been handed to the carrier.

If an order is lost, substantially delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us so that we can investigate with the applicable carrier and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this section limits statutory delivery rights available to you under applicable law.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order reasonably promptly after delivery.

Please provide your order number and a description of the issue.

Where reasonably available, we may also ask you to provide clear photographs showing:

• The affected product.

• The damage or defect.

• The inner packaging.

• The outer shipping packaging.

• The shipping label.

Please retain the packaging while we review a shipping-damage claim if it is safe and reasonable to do so.

If an item is broken, avoid unnecessary handling of sharp or dangerous pieces.

After reviewing the issue, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund, or another remedy available under applicable law and our Return and Refund Policy.

Requests for photographs, packaging, or other reasonable evidence do not remove or restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

8. Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges

Our Return and Refund Policy explains applicable:

• Refund procedures.

• Damaged-item procedures.

Please contact us before returning a product so that we can provide the correct return instructions.

Do not automatically return products to our Wyoming mailing address. The mailing address listed below may not be the location authorized to receive product returns.

Approved returns must be sent according to the instructions provided by our customer care team.

If you wish to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request before fulfillment or dispatch, but changes or cancellations may no longer be possible after processing has begun.

After dispatch, the applicable return procedures and any statutory cancellation or consumer rights will apply.

Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products may have different cancellation or return conditions where permitted by law. Any such conditions will be disclosed before purchase.

Nothing regarding customized or made-to-order goods limits rights relating to products that are faulty, damaged, unsafe, or materially different from their description.

9. Intellectual Property and Website Content

The Site and its content may include photographs, artwork, product designs, graphics, videos, text, logos, brand elements, illustrations, and other materials.

Such content is owned by ARTISVYN INC, individual artists or creators, licensors, or other applicable rights holders.

Displaying or selling an artist’s work through ARTISVYN does not necessarily mean that ARTISVYN owns the underlying intellectual property rights in that work.

You may access and use the Site for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes.

Unless permitted by applicable law or authorized by the applicable rights holder, you may not commercially reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, scrape, or otherwise commercially exploit protected Site content.

ARTISVYN and related ARTISVYN branding may not be used in a manner that falsely suggests endorsement, affiliation, or authorization.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

Our store is hosted through Shopify and may use third-party providers for services including:

• Payment processing.

• Shipping and logistics.

• Fraud prevention.

• Analytics.

12. Consumer Rights and Our Responsibility

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits any consumer right, warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or limited.

We remain responsible for performing our obligations under your purchase agreement and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ARTISVYN is not responsible for losses caused solely by events beyond our reasonable control or by misuse of a product contrary to clearly provided instructions.

This provision does not limit any statutory rights or remedies available to consumers.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and transactions with ARTISVYN are generally governed by the laws applicable to ARTISVYN INC in the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

However, if you are a consumer located in another state, province, territory, or country, nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer protections or rights that apply to you and cannot legally be waived by contract.

Nothing in these Terms requires you to waive rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit you to waive.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.

When we make changes, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date.

Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed with you, an existing accepted order will remain subject to the Terms applicable when the order was placed.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
